Shipping Policy

We ship our products exclusively within the United Kingdom. We strive to deliver your order within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the efficiency of local carriers. Average delivery time ranges between 2–9 days under normal conditions. Please note that transportation and logistics can vary slightly.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 24 hours after they are placed. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking code to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Method:
We use YunExpress for initial transport. Once your order reaches the UK, it is handed over to a last mile delivery carrier, most commonly Royal Mail, Evri/Hermes, or Yodel GB.

Free shipping:
We offer free shipping for all orders above £20 GBP.

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, please understand that there may be unforeseen delays beyond our control, such as customs processing times, upcoming holiday seasons, bad weather, or operational delays from the courier companies. We are not liable for any delivery issues caused by customs clearance delays, courier mistakes, strikes, natural occurrences, or any additional charges, taxes, or back-end fees incurred.

IMPORTANT:
Please note that we are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at checkout. If you realise there is an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at support@bennettbrooks.com before your order is processed and dispatched. If your package has already been shipped, we regret that we are unable to recover lost parcels resulting from incorrect address entries.

We are also not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or additional charges that may apply once your package enters the UK or is handed over to a local courier.
