Shipping Policy

We ship our products to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. We strive to deliver goods within 2-7 days. Orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Shipping cost is free if your order total exceeds $25 USD

If you wish to receive your order faster, you may upgrade shipping for additional cost. Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are unable to control on our end and also, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, courier mistakes, strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges incurred. There will be no refunds given for these circumstances. If the courier failed to deliver, once proven by the tracking number the order did not complete, we will only be able to solve this with a reshipment.

IMPORTANT:
We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. We will not issue refunds to packages returned to the sender for any reason. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If shipping information is not entered in correctly before your item gets shipped out, we are not responsible for the lost package.
