Order Processing and Cut-Off Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours (1 business day). Our business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays in the UK.

The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (17:00) (GMT+01:00) CEST.

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM on a business day (Monday - Saturday) will begin processing on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on a Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Times and Costs

We are pleased to offer complimentary free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom.

  • Shipping Cost: Free
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4-7 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Please note that the delivery time is an estimate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, high order volumes, or adverse weather conditions. The total time to receive your order is the processing time plus the shipping time.

Shipping Destination

We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the tracking portal. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system after you receive the email.

Incorrect Address Information

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
