Return and Refund Policy

Our Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, so you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, exchange, or refund. This gives you ample time to decide if it's the perfect fit for you.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. We'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase to process things smoothly. If your item arrives damaged or defective, don't worry, we'll cover that separately below.

How to Start a Return

Getting started is easy: just contact our friendly customer support team at support@bennettbrooks.com to let us know about your return. After contacting us we will instruct you to return the items to our warehouse. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The cost of shipping it back to our warehouse ranges between £3 - £10 GBP.

Refunds and Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm it's arrived and let you know if your refund or exchange is approved. If everything checks out, we'll process your refund right away using the original payment method. You'll get back the full amount paid for the item, without any extra fees and no replacement costs on your end.

Refunds are processed up to 10 days of us receiving your package. We aim to make this as quick and hassle-free as possible.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, maybe a different size or color. Mention it when you contact support@bennettbrooks.com. We'll handle the return of your item and get the new one on its way to you, completely for free. 

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@bennettbrooks.com. After that, we'll have started processing it to ensure fast delivery. If you still want to cancel after 24 hours, you can initiate a refund after delivery of your item.

Faulty, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we're here to make it right. Simply email us at support@bennettbrooks.com within 14 days of delivery, along with photos or videos as proof. We'll verify the issue quickly and offer you options like a full refund, replacement, repair (if feasible), or even a price adjustment to suit what works best for you.

For defects that show up later, you have up to one year from when you notice the problem to report it (but no later than the end of any applicable warranty). We'll respond to your complaint within 14 days of receiving your notification. Again, please reach out before sending anything back—we'll confirm the best next steps and return address to speed things up.

In line with consumer rights, refunds for faulty items will follow the same process as above: full amount returned (excluding original shipping), processed up to 10 days of us receiving the item, using your original payment method.
